Problems with Microsoft Office

Activation / License Key Issues:
Go one step back and select “I want to activate the software over the phone.” Here you can call and activate through Microsoft’s automated activation system.

Installation Issues:
Remember to uninstall any previous Office products – When you install, Microsoft should ask you to uninstall previous Office apps or Microsoft 365 before it can install your new Office package.

Remember, when you download your installation files, they are typically downloaded as a ZIP file to save space. You need to unzip it before you can install Office. Right-click on the ZIP file and select “Extract All” or “Extract Here.” Afterward, you can run the installation files from the new folder, as shown in the guide.

Issues with Finding Installation Files:
You should have received an order email, where under “Download” you can click on the guide you need. Inside the guide, there is a link where you can select the language you want before downloading. Note that it may take a few minutes for the files to finish downloading.

Windows Activation Issues
1. A common solution is to turn off the internet during activation and try again.

2. Check that you have selected the correct version of Windows during installation (Home and Pro).

3. To identify the problem, we need to know which error code you are getting. Running the troubleshooting program as shown in our guide should clearly display what the problem is. If it doesn’t suggest solutions, feel free to contact us via the email at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include the error code and, if possible, screenshots.

More Technical Solution:
Activation via CMD – Open Command Prompt (as Admin) and enter the following commands in two steps:

slmgr /ipk LICENSE KEY
slmgr /ato

  • Check the Code: Ensure that you have entered the code correctly.
  • Region & Version: Check if the code matches your Steam account (region and game edition).
  • VPN Warning: Do not use a VPN, as it may block activation.
  • Try Again Later: Temporary server issues may prevent activation.
  • Contact Support: If the code still doesn’t work, contact us with a screenshot of the error.
