Activation, Download and Installation

When you purchase a product, you receive both an activation code and a guide to activate the product. The code can only be used once, but remains in your account so you can always install it. You can find both guides:

Under “Downloads” in the order confirmation we sent by email.

Under “Downloads” in the My Account field.

If you don’t have an account, you can create one. The order will then be automatically linked to your account.

KeyCrater is a game retailer with a solid team that provides cheap game codes and software delivered instantly! We primarily offer activation codes for Steam, but also many other platforms. When you purchase a game or software from us, you will immediately receive a unique activation code and instructions on how to activate it. Should any problems arise, we are here to help every day and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our products are delivered digitally as an activation key for the game or software. The key is immediately available after purchase, but can also be found in the email you receive and under My Account. If you can’t see your email, remember to check your spam folder. If you don’t have an account, you can create one and the product keys will automatically be linked to your account.

Our customer service is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1) and responds as quickly as possible.

Make sure you have followed the installation instructions carefully. If this does not solve the problem then;

  • Check that the product you purchased is activated on the correct device, platform or console.

All keys we sell are made for specific platforms and consoles. If that hasn’t solved the problem contact us.

No, you don’t. You will not receive a physical product. All our products are digital and delivered online via email. You will receive these product codes by email directly after purchase and can also be accessed in your account.
