All our products are delivered digitally via email. You will receive a product key, download file, as well as installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered immediately after the payment has been processed. You can also access the product you purchased via My Account:
Go to “My Account” by clicking on the top right corner of the website.
Click on “Orders“. Find the correct order ID and click “VIEW” on the far right under the “ACTIONS” heading.
On the order page, you will find the activation key and download guide.
IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE PRODUCT KEY:
The product key is displayed immediately after purchase. It is also sent with the order confirmation email. Please note that this email sometimes ends up in spam. If the product key is not listed on the order page or in the order confirmation, it will be automatically sent to you via email within an hour from the time of purchase (Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+1)). If you have not received the product key after two hours, please contact us.
