These activation key(s) must then be entered on the respective digital platforms (Steam, Windows, etc.) to redeem your game or software and in the respective regions specified on the product page. If you are unsure, we have guides for this in our infocenter under “Help Guides“.
The order includes these terms and conditions of sale, the information provided in the order confirmation and any specifically agreed terms. In the event of discrepancies between the information, the specifically agreed terms between the parties will prevail, unless they conflict with mandatory law. The agreement is also subject to the relevant statutory provisions governing the purchase of goods between traders and consumers.
The agreement becomes binding for both parties when the Buyer has placed its order with the Seller. However, the agreement shall not be binding if there is a typing or input error in the Seller’s offer in the ordering solution or in the Buyer’s order, and the other party knew or should have known that there was such an error.
2. prices
All prices quoted are in EUR and include your local VAT unless otherwise stated. The stated price is the full price payable by the Buyer and covers all taxes and any additional costs. The buyer is thus not responsible for any additional costs that have not been disclosed by the seller prior to the purchase.
3. Payment
The Seller may demand payment for the goods from the moment they are shipped to the Buyer. If payment is made by credit or debit card, the seller can reserve the amount on the card when placing the order. The card will only be charged when the goods are shipped. For international payment cards, the amount is reserved immediately and released either when the goods are shipped or by agreement with the card issuer. Visa/Mastercard typically cancels the reservation automatically after 30 days. When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued upon shipment of the goods with a payment deadline of at least 14 days after receipt. Please note that buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay by subsequent invoice and invoice payment is not currently offered.
4. Delivery

Therefore, you cannot claim compensation for a product key that is more than 1 month old from the date of purchase and has not yet been redeemed. Once a product key has been redeemed, it will not have any other expiration date than described for the individual product. Activation codes can only be activated once, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
